How to check your email @ mail.dcwis.com

Open up your favorite web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.), and type “mail.dcwis.com” (without the quotes) in the address bar and hit enter. You will see the following page:

In the User ID box, type in your pop name. Your pop name is the first part of your email address. For example, if your email address was johndoe@dcwis.com, then your pop name would be johndoe.

In the password box, type in your password for your email account, and then click Log In.

You will be logged in to your email account, and you should see a page with a listing of your folders (inbox, sent, deleted, etc.) Click on each menu item to go to that folder. If you cannot click on a menu item, that indicates that there are no messages in that folder.

To log out of your email account, simply click on the “Log Off” button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
